How long does delivery take?
Each product page shows its estimated delivery time. When your order is ready, we'll contact you to book a date that suits you. Delivery is free to the UK mainland.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver free to England, Wales and mainland Scotland, and our two-person team carries your furniture into the room of your choice. We can't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands or other UK islands. See our delivery policy.
What if it doesn't fit through the door?
Please check doorways, hallways and stairs before you order. Every product page lists the dimensions, and if you're unsure, email us your measurements and we'll help you check.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, then 14 days to send it back; you arrange and pay for the return. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we'll collect it free and put it right. Full details are in our returns policy.
